Our commitment
Fraimers collects only the information we need to respond to you and help your business, and we never sell it. Fraimers LLC is an IT consulting company based in Midlothian, Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect through fraimers.com and our online tools, including our scorecards, and how we use it.
We've written it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us. Our contact details are at the end.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, plus a limited amount that websites collect automatically.
When you contact us. If you fill out a contact form, email us, or book a meeting, we collect your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
When you use one of our scorecards. We collect your answers to the scorecard questions, including general details about your operation such as the size of your team. To see your full report, you provide your name, company, work email, and role. We also record whether you agreed to receive follow-up emails.
Automatically, when you visit our website. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it working well.
We don't ask for sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information, and we ask that you not send it to us.
How we use your information
We use your information only to run our business and serve you. Specifically, we use it to:

We may combine scorecard answers from many companies into anonymous, summary statistics, such as the share of companies using a particular feature. These summaries never identify you or your company.
Email from us
We send marketing emails only to people who ask for them. When you use one of our scorecards, a checkbox lets you choose whether to hear from us. It starts unchecked, and you can see your full report either way.
If you share your contact details through a form or the scorecard, we may contact you directly about that request or your results. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing us. We'll honor your request promptly.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:
Service providers who help us run our business. These companies process information on our behalf and may use it only to provide their services to us. They currently include:
Squarespace, which hosts our website and its forms
HubSpot, which we use to manage contacts and send email
Website analytics and scheduling tools we use to understand site traffic and book meetings
When required by law. We may share information if required to by law, court order, or a valid government request, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
If our business changes. If Fraimers is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. This policy would continue to apply to it.
We do not share your scorecard answers with other companies without your permission.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. Some cookies are essential, such as those that make forms work. Others measure traffic, such as which pages are visited most.
Our scorecards also save your answers in your own browser so you can stop and pick up where you left off. That saved data stays on your device until you clear it or use the scorecard's Start over option.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. We do not use cookies to show you advertising on other websites.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it. For contact and scorecard information, that generally means up to three years after our last interaction with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you become a client, we keep records related to our work together as long as needed for that relationship and for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including choosing reputable service providers, limiting access to people who need it, and using secure connections. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as our business, tools, or the law changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we'll let you know more directly, such as by email.
